Kathmandu was beautified like a recently wedded young lady for the fourth Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC). Streets were pitched amid the rain, sideways were painted on hassle.
However, the temporary park made at Tinkune for the 4th BIMISTEC had drawn everyone’s attention. If sources are to believed it was made with a huge capital of 65 lakhs. Not only due to it’s beauty and charm, this park was also hyped because it used copyrighted images of photo journalists without their prior consent.
The main issue to bat an eye on is that a huge capital of 65 lakhs has been wasted within 7 days. The park is completely diminished now. With such capital government could have done something better an sustainable at the very place.
Let’s see some photos of before and after the BIMSTEC of Tinkune.
