Tension Rises as India-China Border dispute in Ladakh Continues

Road construction in Ladakh linking Dubruk in the South with Daulat Beg Oldie to the North is causing border dispute between India and China.

India now faces a new border challenge from Chinese troops after their ongoing border issue with Nepal.

India and China have many border issue and there are several border disagreement between India and China and it seems far from dissolving any time soon.

Road construction in Ladakh linking Dubruk in the South with Daulat Beg Oldie to the North is what has caused the major border dispute. The road runs very close to river Galwan and is, therefore, a major source of disagreement between the two countries.

Following the disagreement, both nations have increased the number of army troops and weapons in the region. As per the report China has deployed 2500 in the region.

Various video footages have shown the tension growing because of Indian-Chinese border issues in the region. In one such video, Indian troops are seen challenging the Chinese troops.

The video clearly shows the aggressive Indian army. However, India says that the video is not authenticated.

It remains to be seen what will be the consequences of the dispute.
