The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is set to conduct online fitness test on April 20 and 21 during this period of lockdown amid global coronavirus pandemic.
Earlier test was supposed to happen on March 23 and 24 which faced a cancellation due to outbreak of coronavirus around the world. At this time, players are at their home due to lockdown condition. Players seems to managing their daily fitness routine without any proper gym equipment.
Pakistan head coach, Misbah-ul-haq and trainer Yasir Malik are quite responsible with their job as they are focused on fitness of player during this period. They are conducting this online test to monitor how the players are keeping up their fitness while staying home.

“With all the limitations and lack of resources at the moment, we have chalked out this new fitness battery with everyone given an equal opportunity.We have to make sure that we are giving our hundred percent. You have been informed well before time to make sure you are mentally and physically ready for it. All the tests will be carried out on video link by your team’s trainers.” Stated the PCB as quoted by The Crictracker.
