Nepal to host Tri-Nations T20i series from 17th – 24th April 2021

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Friday has announced the Tri-Nations T20i series between Nepal, Malaysia and Netherlands. CAN took their social media to announce the widely anticipated Bajaj Pulsar Tri-Nations series.

The series is expected to be played between 17th-24th April, 2021 in Tribhuvan University ground, Kirtipur.

The series will be a double round-robin league; meaning the three teams will play each other twice and finally top two teams will compete in the finals. The respective teams will be kept in the bio-secure bubble with a compulsive PCR test.

Previously, Nepal has played an Eastern region T20 tournament in Thailand on March 2020 before COVID-19. However, Nepali cricketers have played some domestic matches between this span.
