Everest Premier League’s (EPL) Team Chitwan Tigers have brought in popular Afghan batsmen and wicketkeeper Mohammad Shahzad as a foreign player.
Prior to Chitwan Tigers, Bhairahawa Gladiators had confirmed West Indies cricketer Dwayne Smith and Lalitpur Patriot added Sri Lankan cricketer Upul Tharanga in this season of Everest Premier League (EPL).
33 years old Afghan batsmen and wicketkeeper Mohammad Shahzad has played 2 Tests, 65 Twenty20 and 84 One-day Internationals for Afghanistan until he got a suspension due to violating the Afghanistan cricket board’s code of conduct.
The money for which Mohammad Shahzad has been bought is not disclosed yet.
