Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidhyut Company Limited (MBJCL) promoted by Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has reopened its IPO from today (5th Shrawan) which was halted due to second wave of COVID-19 in Nepal.
Previously, Madhya Bhotekoshi had opened IPO for the project affected people from 21th Baisakh.
Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidhyut Company Limited has issued 60 lakhs oridinary shares of which 18 lakhs has been separated for project affected people of Bhote Koshi Rural Municipality 1 & 5, Bahrabise Municipality 5, 6, 7 & 8.
Other 42 lakhs units share of MBJCL has been separated to the remaining permanent people residing in Sindhupalchowk district.
The issue management of the company is handled by Global IME Capital while the co-issue and sale managers are Prabhu Capital, NIBL Capital, Laxmi Capital ,Civil Capital, Sanima Capital and CBIL Capital.
The IPO issuance will close on 17 Shrawan if the sales is completed otherwise it will end on 32 Shrawan. One can apply for minimum of 50 units share for Madhya Bhote Koshi IPO.
