Summary Of CWC 2019 Final

The final battle of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 was the most thrilling, Interesting and dramatical final ever fought in Cricket World Cup history. Actually, we can say it was one of the best ODI ever played between any nation.
NewZealand scored the modest run of 241/8 in 50 overs with the help of 55 runs of Henry Nicholls.
Chris Woakes and Liam Plunkett really bowled well for England to keep Black Caps on their track.

Mountains of twist, turn and huge clash started in the ground after England came for chasing the modest score. As the 50 over ended, England manages to score 241 runs with a tie. Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler helped England with 84 and 59 runs respectively.

Lockie Ferguson and James Neesham really spelled well but couldn’t turn the match into their favour.
The match entered into the super overs where England manage to score only 15 runs and the match tied twice since Kiwis could only manage to score the same runs.
Then the host nation England crowned the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 at the lord’s for the first time on the basis of boundary count.

While David Warner stood in the second position with 647 runs. That means he just missed the Sharma’s record by 2 runs.

Australian Left Arm Pacer Mitchel Starc took the 27 wickets from 10 games giving only 502 runs and topped the table of wicket-takers.

3. Highest Score
Australian opener and former Vice-Captain David Warner scored 166 runs against Bangladesh and entitled the title of Highest Individual Scorer in this edition. Be smashed 14 fours and 6 sixes in just 147 balls to achieve this milestone.

4.Most sixes
Eoin Morgan busted 17 sixes in a single inning against Afghanistan which was the most by any batsmen in ODI Cricket and scored 22 sixes throughout the edition.

5.Most Fours
Indian opener Rohit Sharma hit the most fours in this edition. He smashed 67 runs in the 9 match which is equalled by England opener Jonny Bairstow in 11 matches.

6.Most Centuries
Indian opener hitman Rohit Sharma has set a world record of most centuries in a single world cup edition hitting 5 centuries.
