At the end of Day 4, England was 284/8 and was leading by 170 runs. Mark Wood and Jofra Archer looked to grow the lead in Day 5.
England only managed to get to 313 runs only with Wood only able to add 1 run further from his Day 4 individual score. Wood tried to wack the ball from Shannon Gabriel, but the edge from his bat was caught by wicketkeeper Dowrich.
Jofra Archer too was dismissed by the same pair, giving Shannon Gabriel 5 wicket haul.
313 runs in the second innings meant West Indies needed only 200 runs to get the victory and lead the series.
Although, the chase seem reasonable Archer managed to take two quick wickets of Kraigg Braithwaite and Brooks to give any slim chance of a win for England.
While Braithwaite was bowled, Brooks fell to a good length bowl from Archer that looked plumbed even in real-time.
Wood too followed it in 11.4 overs getting Shai Hope bowled. However, the partnership between Roston Chase and Blackwood took the game further away from England.
The late wickets of Roston Chase in 35 over and Blackwood gave England no chance of defending such a low score.
In the end, West Indies won by 4 wickets and go 1 up in the 3 match series.
