10 Pakistani Cricketers Test Positive for Corona Virus

7 new Pakistani Cricketers have been tested positive for Corona virus.

The news of Former Pakistani Cricketer Shadid Afridi being diagnosed had recently hit the news. That news was followed by 3 cricketers in the current squad being tested positive for the Covid-19.

The three initially positive tested players were Haider Ali, Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan. Recently there have been 7 more COVID positive cases in the Pakistani squad.

The Pakistan Cricket team is touring for England soon for 3 Tests and 3 T20s. Pakistan is to begin the summer on Jul 30, Thu by playing 1st Test against in Lord’s.

For this tour, they had selected 35 team squad. The 35 team squad was tested for the coronavirus and 7 members were found positive. Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Hasnain, Imran Khan, Kashif Bhatti, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Rizwan and Wahab Riaz are the seven new members who have been found positive from Corona Virus.

ICC Confirmed the 10 players tested positive for COVID-19

Even though the 10 members are infected PCB is hopeful that the tour of England will continue. The infected players will be monitored said the PCB.
